FABRICS

Our swimwear is crafted from 100% OEKO-TEX certified recycled fabric - made from ocean waste including discarded fishing nets that would otherwise pollute our seas. We work with a leading premium Italian fabric supplier whose recycled textiles meet the highest industry standards for safety, durability and environmental impact. Our fabrics are chlorine-resistant, UV protective and built to last - because we believe the most sustainable piece is one you wear for years, not just one season.

CRATSMANSHIP

We manufacture all of our swimwear in Portugal, a country renowned for its high-end craftsmanship. We visit our factory regularly and are proud to know the women who handcraft each piece. We have a close partnership built on quality, care and attention to detail - values that are at the heart of every Lola Baia piece. Every order is produced in small batches to minimise waste and ensure nothing is made that isn't needed.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is designed with the same care as our swimwear. Orders are sent in biodegradable mailers, with recycled materials used throughout - from our bikini bags to our swing tags. We're committed to ensuring that nothing about the way we package or deliver our pieces contradicts the values we've built the brand on.
