If you choose to refuse delivery of your order, our courier may charge us return shipping fees, customs processing fees, and/or other associated costs. Any such costs incurred by Lola Baia will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure you are aware of customs fees in your destination country before placing an order and ensuring that you are able to accept delivery upon arrival.

For USA orders, import duties and taxes are included in your order total and paid by Lola Baia on your behalf. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, these charges are paid directly to customs authorities and therefore cannot be refunded in the event of a return or cancellation.


Order tracking
At Lola Baia all of our delivery methods are tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM GMT. Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be dispatched. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the process of your shipment. 

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and Evri, whilst international orders are subject to Lola Baia processes all orders in GBP.

While the contents of your cart may be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using GBP using the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.
