Order tracking
At Lola Baia all of our delivery methods are tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM GMT.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the process of your shipment. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and Evri, whilst international orders are subject to Lola Baia processes all orders in GBP.
While the contents of your cart may be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using GBP using the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.
