Returns


At Lola Baia, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • It must have all original tags, labels and hygiene liners intact and attached.
  • You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must have proof of purchase. 
  • The item was not purchased as part of a final sale.

 

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@lolabaia.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the returns process and will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your package. 

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Lola Baia is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

 

Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
We aim to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your items, but please allow 5-10 business days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

International Returns
For international returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return will also be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for international returns.

 

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
