Is Lola Baia sustainable?

From our swimwear to our packaging, sustainability is a core value at Lola Baia. Our swimwear is made from the highest quality Italian recycled materials. Our mailer bags are 100% biodegradable, our hangtags are made from recycled paper and our bespoke reusable bags are made from recycled plastic.

Where is Lola Baia designed and manufactured?

Lola Baia is lovingly designed in England and manufactured in the heart of Portugal.

How do I care for my Lola Baia bikini?

To ensure your Lola Baia swimwear stays in tip top condition, please follow these care instructions.

  • Handwash in cold soapy water
  • Drip dry flat in the shade
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
  • Ensure your swimwear is not left in direct sunlight
  • Do not leave rolled up wet
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning may damage or discolour your swimwear

To extend the life of your Lola Baia bikini we recommend rinsing immediately after use.

Orders & Payments

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

We will try our very hardest to make any changes to your order but due to quick turn around times, this is not always possible.

If you do wish to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us at hello@lolabaia.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

If your order is too late to amend or cancel, we kindly ask that you wait until the order arrives and follow the applicable return procedure. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a range of payment methods, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, ShopPay, Maestro and Diners Club.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to most destinations. Packages will be shipped from the United Kingdom. More details can be found on our shipping page

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed from Monday- Friday.

You can expect to receive your tracking number and confirmation of order shipment within 24-48 hours of placing your order.  

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your government. To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, you may need to pay these charges upon arrival.

Please note that Lola Baia is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or customs seizures.

We recommend familiarising yourself with the import duty, customs, and local sales tax regulations of your package destination.

How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email containing your shipment details including a tracking number. You can then visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • It must have all original tags, labels and hygiene liners intact and attached.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@lolabaia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse.

When will I get my refund?

Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Can I return an item from the sale?

All items in our SALE section are final sale, and cannot be returned.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

Please email hello@lolabaia.com within 14 days with your name, order number, a description of the issue and pictures if item is faulty so we can get you a replacement asap!
